Products & specifications
Confirm the form, dimensions, grade and application fit.
Which dry ice forms are available?
Pellets and blocks are the current forms presented on this website. Confirm actual availability and dimensions in the written quotation.
Is the dry ice food grade?
Grade depends on the intended use and supporting documents. Request the applicable specification and evidence before ordering.
What are the main uses and suitable industries?
Main uses and suitable industries include fresh-food cold chain, pharmaceutical and biological sample transport, industrial cleaning, stage fog effects, food preservation, laboratories and low-temperature processing.
Packaging & transport
Review packaging, route, carrier and destination conditions.
Can dry ice travel by air?
Air transport can involve dangerous-goods requirements. Confirm the current rules and acceptance conditions with the carrier.
What packaging is offered?
Packaging is matched to product form, quantity, route and transit time and must release carbon dioxide gas. The quotation confirms the packaging, use and return terms.
How much export transport loss should be planned?
Dry ice continuously sublimates, so one loss percentage cannot be guaranteed. Actual loss depends on form, quantity, insulation, temperature, route time and opening frequency. Use insulated packaging that releases gas and calculate quantity against the real route.
Documents & quality
Understand how to request specifications, SDS, COA, batch records and transport documents.
Can you provide an SDS or COA?
We review the applicable SDS, specification, COA or batch record against the product and order. State the intended use and document needs in your enquiry.
Can batch or traceability records be supplied?
Ask which order-specific batch or traceability records can be issued. Availability must be confirmed for the proposed order.
Safety & use
Plan for low temperature, sublimation, ventilation and equipment fit.
How long does dry ice last?
Sublimation depends on form, quantity, insulation, temperature, opening frequency and time. We review the quantity against the actual route and pack-out instead of using one universal figure.
Which form suits blasting?
Confirm the blasting machine and nozzle media range, cleaning objective, site ventilation and trial requirements.
Quotation & delivery
See what a quotation needs and how specification, packaging and delivery terms are confirmed.
Do you ship to Korea or Japan?
We can ship to Korea and Japan. Fastest reference arrival is 1 day to the Korean port and 4 days to the Japanese port; the final schedule depends on the route, carrier and order.
What is the minimum order?
The minimum order is one 20-foot container (20GP). Product form, packaging, route and delivery terms are confirmed in the quotation.
How do I request a quotation?
Provide the application, quantity and unit, destination, required date, product preference and required documents.
Supply regions and delivery coverage
Supply regions and delivery coverage can include Shandong delivery, domestic logistics and export orders, subject to order quantity, required timing, destination and transport review.
Export to Korea, Japan and other countries
Export to Korea, Japan and other countries may be reviewed when transport conditions are met. Product and transport documents can be prepared according to customer and carrier requirements; the final plan depends on the destination port, transport mode and local import requirements.
